Claire Hill – HR Consultant & Business Owner
Claire became an HR professional because of her passion for supporting business owners and managers with their employment and people matters ….. and because she’s an employment law geek! She understands how to partner a business to ensure HR solutions support the business, the culture and obtain the required outcome.
She is straight talking and offers business-focused, pragmatic advice and support.
Away from the business, she is a keen horse lover and spends time riding and competing. Having lived in Italy for many years, she loves to keep practising the language.
Whether you are just starting out on the road to employing staff or you already employ staff and wish to invest in HR expertise, Claire brings energy and enthusiasm to drive your business.

Laura Nind – HR Consultant
Laura has a solid background in HR having worked for some large manufacturing companies. As an HR Business Partner, she understands the day-to-day impact people can have on a team, the organisation and its productivity.
Laura has extensive experience in advising and supporting on HR matters. Her strengths lie in dealing with difficult and sensitive situations such as grievance and disciplinary cases, performance and absence management cases.
Laura is a mum to two girls, enjoys family life and travelling – always planning the next trip. She is also a School Governor for a Nursery School in Evesham.

The benefits of a retainer is that by regularly working together, the Hill HR team get to know you and your business. This is important to us to ensure our support meets the unique needs of your business.
For a fixed annual or monthly fee – with no tie-in, you will get peace of mind that you are in control of your people management and that your business is legally compliant.
Project or a specific piece of work on a fixed fee basis
You may need advice and support with writing contracts of employment, drafting a staff handbook or HR policies and procedures. Or you may have a particular project you need help with.
Where an accurate assessment can be scoped for a piece of work, we can work together for an agreed fixed fee.
As and when you need it/’pay as you go’ service – ‘On Demand’
HR support for those less regular issues as and when you need it. Instant, affordable access to HR help via phone, email or on-site. Ideal for businesses who do not need ongoing retainer support but still require expert guidance now and again.
We can also provide an additional pair of hands to compliment your existing team during periods of fluctuating demand.
